Company representations are mostly in the areas of construction, food and packaging. Especially eco-friendly and innovative products will be brought to the Middle East. Kloepfel ME analyse the market, acquire customers, take care of the after-sale and act as official representative of the original producer in the Middle East.
Production Set-up in the Middle East
The Middle East is one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing regions in the world. Typically, many products (food, construction material or electronics) have been imported from all over the world into the region. Local government policies are about to change this and to develop local production.
The Middle East offers everything that is needed for a favourable manufacturing location: cheap energy, infinite supply of workers, perfect geopolitical location, great availability of land, favourable laws and a big consumer market. The main companies are Kloepfel Real Estate and Peninsula Properties in Poland (https://peninsulaproperty.com). In Dubai, the group invests in ready and off plan properties and has own furnishing and refurbishment activities. With the knowledge of its international sister operations Kloepfel ME offers profound real estate development experience. The main target markets are Saudi Arabia and UAE. In Saudi Arabia, Kloepfel ME plans Western style villas and apartment blocks for locals, but especially international expats coming to the country.

Lukasz has a long history in trading and sales. Most of his professional life he spent in Poland, Ukraine and other countries in CEE. Within Kloepfel ME he is responsible for business development in Saudi Arabia and the identification of companies for representation in Middle East. Lukasz is commuting between Europe and Saudi Arabia. He has a strong interest in the region and very much enjoys meeting local people. His values are openness, motivation and strong reliability.
